Have tried to eat there twice within a week or to order a take-away pizza. Unfortunately we failed both times. On the one hand, there was no free table, which was okay, because we hadn't made a reservation. What was not okay was the very hectic and unfriendly tone with which we were told this. When we wanted to order a pizza without further ado, it didn't work because the kitchen was overloaded. After we were allowed to do this experience for two days, we didn't feel like trying a third time. A shame, because the restaurant itself and the food that was carried past us looked very good. We are not fussy and understand that things can get hectic in Corona times, but in other restaurants we have experienced the staff more confident. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident.

We have been coming to Obermaiselstein for many years and have come to appreciate the gastronomy, the food and the lovely people in the guest house. We can really recommend the restaurant !!!

We wanted to spend our last evening here comfortably and enjoy the delicious pizza! We stood in front of the terrace at 5 p.m., were then pointed out in a very unfriendly tone that nothing would be free for the whole evening! Well, that can happen! So we quickly agreed that we should order the pizza (which is explicitly offered) and then eat in the apartment! But unfortunately no one answered the phone even after several attempts! If you advertise such offers, you should be able to keep them even if there is more business! At least I would have expected someone to answer the phone! So unfortunately not to be recommended!

Very friendly staff and service staff. Food was very good and price / performance ratio fits. You can linger a little longer here and you won't be complimented outside. Hence 👍

Kudos to the entire Allgäuer Stuben team! You are doing a great job and have been for years (at least 5, because that's how long we've come here). The food is great !! The pizza can compete with any Italian, the liver is a dream and both the Allgäu and the Balkan cuisine are authentic and delicious! The service is also always friendly and competent and tries to do justice to every guest despite corona hygiene rules and various related requirements - even if not every guest takes it so "well" (lack of flexibility or understanding of the same !!) So "Thumbs up" - keep it up!

We sat very well on the terrace. The corona rules were observed. The boss at the entrance was a bit brisk, the service at the table was nice. The delicacy plate was very good and the plate was warm. The Kässpätzle were a little hard and a little dry.

First time here. Very tasty, something for every taste! Very good service, with a full terrace and we had not made reservations. All individual wishes were fulfilled! Whether small portion or extras. Have reserved a table right away! In a dreamlike complex, for BIG and small. Thank you so much!

We have been coming to the Allgäu parlors for years. The food is always delicious. The price / performance ratio is right. Nice personel. Even without a reservation we tried to get a table. Recommendable

Great food

Cozy and nice atmosphere, very friendly service, and - most importantly - super delicious food! The menu offers many different dishes. The servings are reasonably large and definitely fill you up. The prices are reasonable, not too expensive. There is definitely something for everyone. Recommendable!
